Mr. Scherer has worked as a finanical professional since 1997. HIs practice centers on working with families and small businesses aiding them in identifying their financial goals and developing strategies to help achieve those goals. His bachelor’s degree is in business administration with emphasis in marketing from Ohio University in Athens, Ohio. In 2003 Norman completed an Executive Certificate in Financial Planning from Georgetown University. He is a member of Financial Services Institute (FSI) and National Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors (NAIFA), where he is a board member. Norman and his wife Jo live in Ocean View, Delaware. Outside of work, Norman enjoys scuba diving, competitive cycling, triathlons and running.

Mr. Scherer is a registered representative and investment advisor of Osaic Wealth, Inc. He is series 6, 7, 63, 65 and insurance registered and maintains registrations to conduct business in CA, DE, MD, DC, VA, PA, NY, GA, NJ, TX, MN, FL, SC and NC.
